Terms of Service

By booking photography services with ThirstTrap Studios, LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in our Client Agreement. This includes acknowledgment and assumption of risks associated with photography sessions, limitations of liability, and payment terms. All images created remain the property of ThirstTrap Studios, LLC and may be used for promotional purposes with prior consent. Services are subject to Georgia law, and cancellations or rescheduling must adhere to the policies in the agreement. Full terms will be provided upon booking.
